A A+ A++

These four words are at the heart of your health care. And our MN HealthScores mission. Even though Minnesota is one of the overall healthiest places to live in the US, not all providers, hospitals and health plans offer the same level of quality. Together, we can work to improve the health of our state, one visit at a time.

Learn about quality care, compare performance reports, and download resources to find care that is shown to get the best results.

View and compare HealthScores ratings in several categories.

Clinics: Find and compare clinics by name, by their name, city or ZIP code, or by how often they provided care shown to get the best results for a certain condition. See if a clinic uses electronic health records. Learn what other patients had to say about their clinic experience.
Hospitals: Find out how often a hospital provided recommended care shown to get the best results, see how many procedures they performed, and compare their care results. Learn what other patients had to say about their hospital stay.
Medical groups: Find and compare medical groups by their name, city or ZIP code, or by how often they provided care shown to get the best results for a certain condition.
The cost of care: Compare average prices and providers for over 100 common procedures, such as blood tests, office visits and immunizations.
